Is it a real reunion, or one for the cameras? It's a second-chance romance from USA TODAYbestselling author Catherine Mann!

My Review:

This is the third book in the Bayou Billionaire series with the Reynaud brother's. This book follows Henri and Fiona. I have enjoyed these brother's and this series since I started reading them. But Henri has been kind of mysterious in this series. Not as much as their youngest brother Jean-Pierre, but still mysterious.

I feel like we got to know Henri a little bit better in this book. It was obvious he was a sweet, caring and protective person. You could tell how much he cared about football, you could tell how much he cared about his family. But most of all you could tell how much he cared and loved his wife Fiona. How much he wanted to support her and be there through her health scares.

I'm not sure how I feel on Fiona. I kind of have mixed feelings on her. The women in her family carried a cancerous gene and Fiona found out she had it also. Which she went ahead and had surgery so hopefully she wouldn't have the cancer. Than found out that she needed to have a biopsy done. That's about the time she started to push Henri away. I can understand why she felt the need to push people away. But I found her to very stubborn and when she finally realizes she's been stubborn, I almost feel like it was to late.

I thought that this was an enjoyable read. That deals with the issue of cancer tastefully. I really feel like the underlying story line of all of these books in this series is family. How a family connects, how a family sticks together, how you don't have to be blood to be family.

I'm giving this book 4 Stars out of 5!!!!
