My Review:

If you're familiar with author Ryan Michele than you'll know that this book is different from her other works. She decided to delve into the paranormal world. I have to admit that paranormal or especially wolf shifter are my secret addiction. But as with my MC pickiness,  I'm even more picky with my wolf shifter books. Sometimes these types of books are a hit or miss for me. But since I'm familiar with this authors works I couldn't wait to delve into a new world.

I liked Zara. She's a young female shifter trying to get out from under the control of her father. You can tell that there was much more under the surface than you see to her.

I also really liked Xavier. He's sweet and caring, and definitely all alpha male. You tell he's a great leader in his pack and that his pack members care and respect him.

I did really enjoy this book. It was a fast and quick read. I really felt like in this book we were just getting to know the characters. I will say this though the beginning kind of confused me. It kind of felt from the prologue to the first few chapters were a different story. But it finally gets explained so I wasn't confused any more.

I'm giving this book 4 out of 5 stars and can't wait for the next one.
