In The Red {Book Review}

Title: In the Red
Series:  Devil's Due MC #1
Author: Chelsea Camaron
Genre: MC Romance

Book Description:

The event that shook one small town to its core was never solved. The domino effect of one person’s crime going unpunished is beyond measure.

He’s no saint. Dover ‘Collector’ Ragnes rides with only five brothers at his back. Nomads with no place to call home, they never stay in one place too long. Together, they are the Devil’s Due MC, and their only purpose is to serve justice their way for unsolved crimes everywhere they go.

 She’s not afraid to call herself a sinner. Emerson Flint still remembers the loss of her elementary school best friend. She is all grown up, but the memories still haunt her of the missing girl. Surrounding herself with men at the tattoo shop, she never questions her safety. Her life is her art. Her canvas is the skin of others. However, danger is at her door.

Will Dover overcome the history he shares with Emerson in time? Will Emerson lead him to the retribution he has always sought? Love, hate, anger, and passion collide as the time comes, and the devil demands his due.

My Review:

Wow I don't know where to start with my review for this one. It's been a while since a book has grabbed my attention so completely and held it, from beginning to end.

I loved Dover from the start. It was obvious that he carried the weight of what happened to his sister on his shoulders. Which he probably shouldn't have since he was only a teenager. But I understood why he did. It was nice to see he ended up with a group of guys that were like-minded.

I really liked Emerson. You could that behind the smart and sassy mouth that was just a front. Emerson finally finds herself free from being under her parents constant watch, after what happened to her best friend. Only to come face to face with a blast from her past.

As I said I loved this book right from the start. It grabbed my attention and held it. I loved the banter between Dover and Emerson. You could feel the attraction between the two right off the bat. I also loved the other guys of the Devil's Due and can't wait to learn how about them.

I'm giving this book 4.5 stars out of 5!!!!
