Chosen by the Badman {Book Review}

Title: Chosen by the Badman
Series: Russian Bratva Series
Author: Hayley Faiman
Genre: Romance Suspense

Book Description:

Konstantin Skumin has never wanted to sign on the dotted line for a woman of his choosing. While it is the Bratva way, it’s a tradition he refuses to practice. A badman with desires both dark and relentless, he is the opposite of gentle. Even so, it cannot be denied that he harbors dreams of romantic notions he will not willingly compromise.
Kiska Barysheva has resigned herself to her fate. In three years’ time, what little freedom she has as a Bratva printsessa will be ripped away from her. The ink has long since dried, and she will be wed to the man of her father’s choosing. The only dream she has to cling to will be short lived, but she refuses to take for granted a minute of her dancing career—her small glimmer of happiness.
Yet, when the scheming of their fellow Russian badmen puts Kiska in Konstantin’s care, everything they thought they wanted changes. Their love is forbidden—his touch worthy of death--but neither one of them has the strength to say no. Their hearts have chosen, and they can’t let go.
*Recommended for Readers 18+ due to, Language, Violence, & Sexual Content.

My Review

So this is my second favorite series by Mrs. Faiman. Of course nothing will come close to her Notorious Devils for me, but these Bratva men come in very closely. And as another of her series comes to a close it makes me sad.

Gosh it took me a minute to realize who Kiska was. If you don't know who she is, she is Kirill and Tatyana's daughter. All I could think of is the little girl with the pigtails in Dancing for the Badman (her mom and dad's story). But Kiska is all grown up now and definitely has a mouth on her. But I did really enjoy her.

I really loved Konstantin in this book. I have liked him from when we first meet him. I loved how he was with Kiska.

I really enjoyed this book and as I said above even though this is the last in this series. Its not the last we will see of them. Once again Mrs. Faiman  has written a wonderful tale even though there is an age difference in the characters. Also it was wonderful to see the other characters also.

I'm giving this book 4.5 Stars out of 5!!!
