Snitches Get Stitches {Book Review}

Title: Snitches Get Stitches
Series: Bear Bottom MC, Book Eight
Author: Lani Lynn Vale
Genre: MC Romance

Book Descripton:

Good vs Bad.

Light vs Dark.

Right vs Wrong.

There are always two sides to every coin.

Josiah ‘Liner’ Paldecki knew the moment he laid eyes on her that there was something different about her. Something special. Something so unique that it practically poleaxed him the moment that their eyes met.

Except, the next time he saw her, it was like she was a different woman altogether. There was a blankness to her eyes that concerned him. An air of menace about her that honestly scared him to death.

He’s more than man enough to admit it.

At first, Liner thinks it’s because she’s bi-polar, or possibly psychopathic.

Then he realizes the truth.

That there isn’t a single person that exhibits such different personalities, but two.

Two identical twin sisters, both completely different, yet exactly the same.

One with a soul, and one without.

One that has his heart, and one that only wants to destroy it.

My Review:

Hmmm I'm not sure how I'm going to do this review. This probably one of the harder reviews I've had to write. And I say that because I don't want to give anything away with this review. But I'm Warning you now there might be a couple of unintentional spoilers in this review.

Now I wasn't sure what to expect with this book. The synopsis gives nothing away about this book. But knowing what I know from this series and the character's in this series, I wasn't sure if I was going to like this book or not.

Now let's start with Josiah Paldecki, aka Liner, he's one of Rome's best friends and a member of the MC. I have quite enjoyed Liner's character from the other books. I couldn't wait to learn more about him, but I kind of felt like we learned nothing new about him.

The heroine let's just say this, I don't have anything bad to say about her and I don't really have anything good to say about her. I just kind of felt like she was there, that Mrs. Vale just plopped her there in the story. She was just kind of ehhhh there. I mean for everything her evil evil family did to her and put her through, I guess I was just expecting more from her.

Look I know probably reading through this review it seems like I didn't enjoy this book. BUT you'd be wrong I did really enjoy this book. I will say this as much as I love Mrs. Vale's books they are always hits or misses with me. This book falls somewhere right inbetween. I have to say that for me at times I felt like this book lacked real depth and was a bit too predictable. Also I missed the feeling of the MC brotherhood in this book, though there were a few appearences from a few of the other guys. I just didn't feel that brotherhood connection in this book. But other than those few nitpicky things I did enjoy this book.

I'm giving this book 4 Stars out of 5!!!!

Disclaimer: I received an ARC of this book from InkSlinger PR for my honest review. The opinions in this post are 100% of Busy Bumble Bee Book Reviews and may differ from others.
